Wholesale Return & Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through b2b.tcghobby.com (the “Site”) and is intended for business customers purchasing products for resale or commercial purposes.
Order Cancellation
Due to the nature of wholesale distribution and inventory allocation, orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and processed.
Customers may request order cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that:
- The order has not yet been processed or prepared for shipment
- The products are not pre-order items or allocated inventory

Refund for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed time period:
Bank Transfer Orders
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the original payer. Any bank transfer fees or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
PayPal Orders
Refunds processed through PayPal will be returned to the original PayPal account used for the transaction. Transaction fees charged by PayPal may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Order Changes
If you wish to modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Order modifications may be possible if:
- The order has not yet been processed
- Inventory allocation has not yet occurred
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, changes may no longer be possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of wholesale products, all sales are final unless the item received is incorrect or damaged during shipping.
Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:
- Incorrect item shipped
- Product damaged during transit
- Missing items from the shipment
Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
Return Request Requirements

- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- An unboxing video showing the issue (recommended for verification)
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in the return request being declined.
Condition of Returned Items
If a return is approved, items must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in original sealed packaging
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing may take 7–15 business days depending on the payment provider
Exchange rate differences or payment processor fees may affect the final refunded amount.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless incorrect items were shipped:
- Opened booster boxes
- Single trading cards
- Opened sealed products
- Clearance or promotional items
- Pre-order products
All products are inspected before shipment. We maintain packing records, including photographs and shipping documentation, to protect both parties.
